- Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and skate fitting.
- Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your visit if necessary.
- Safety Gear: Helmets and knee pads are available for rent and are highly recommended, especially for beginners and children.
- Lockers: Secure lockers are available for rent to store your personal belongings
- Session timings might be changed or canceled according to the circumstances.
- Groups should book their visit in advance and coordinate with the person in-charge about group needs and requirements.
- Skaters are advised to arrive early to utilize the time provided before session start.
- Skaters are requested to wear the wristband assigned to each session
- Skate Gate ice rink management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Skaters are requested to adhere to the skate marshals’ instructions and follow safety guidelines to ensure their safety and others as well.
- Children can skate completely alone, they can use the helmet, saftey gear, skating aid(Penguin-Dolphin) which are recommended for their saftey
